Ride

I've suggested Alana and me go swimming over the summer hols, her lessons are off for the summer and I really could do with the excercise. I hadn't committed to anything but she was most disappointed to find that we were not going when I got home for work. She subtly said she didn't know if she needed to have a bath before I got home. Well there were no places to go swimming because they were all doing things like aqua aerobics so I said we could go tomorrow. Still disappointed I suggested we go for a bike ride. So that is what we did. It's been ages since I've ridden my Bowery and worn my spds and I have to say io enjoyed it. We covered quite a distance , heading to Ferrybridge and back. I pointed out a few landmarks such as places I played as a kid and I think she enjoyed it. She gets better on the road so I worry a bit less but still find it stressful around traffic. It's strange doing things on an evening.
