Reliable Alliums

The different varieties have bloomed throughout the past 3 months and are still going strong. The bees love them.
 
A busy day. We attended to U3A meeting this morning to hear an interesting talk about the Fossdyke Canal. I’ve never been on it and today I learned that when you are on the water you cannot see over the banks.
 

We are going away this weekend, so a case of sorting out what we will need and packing. Then some time spent on the mini quilt I started last Saturday. It is progressing well.
