More Primitive Art

Last time it was a running man, but this time I think it’s a leaping animal with a long neck, a giraffe perhaps?
And what is is leaping over? More tunnels made by the larva of some sort of beetle.

This was an interesting exercise in capturing light. I set the piece of bark on the chopping block in a tiny patch of sunlight. There was a gentle breeze that kept shifting the light. I took 15 shots in 3 minutes and every one turned out different from the others because of the way the light picked out different parts of the subject. One was dark, with no sun at all.
