Cooling Time Out

We did a family 5k today.  The whole event was put on to raise money for the fight against Cystic Fibrosis, an awful, progressive, and fatal lung disease. 
It was a hot day and this fountain/waterfalls ends right next to the trail we were assigned to walk.  As we were getting close to the end the kids needed a break to cool off, and really, the adults enjoyed watching them play. It was a beautiful day.
And a stop for Ice Cream on the way home made it all the better.
