The drowned world

Came down to find that the hose had been left on and had popped its socket during the night, leaving the garden tap running. Terrible waste of water and the cats were not impressed. Remarkably it had pretty much gone by late morning due to draining and the very hot muggy conditions.

The therapy journey

Not the best of days, felt low as well as tired, although I did have a very good gym session and for a short while afterwards felt really energised. Cleaning the house whilst TSM was out felt like a huge effort.

Sympathetic conversations with Mr and Mrs Bear tonight who came 'round for a bite to eat; we sat in the garden talking until well after dark.
