Suc-cep-ful day

Maybe it's the muggy warmth, and yesterday's rain, but one of our usual walking spots was pretty much festooned with mushrooms. Most were a soggy mess, but we managed to find one solid cep, which later on was rather pleasant on toast.

Slightly prematurely opened a bottle of the latest homebrew later in the evening, but already a rather cracking tipple.
