Away from it all

Last night on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice after the Bastille Day fireworks, a ghastly terrorist attack. Tonight an attempted military coup in Turkey.

Sometimes it's good to get away from it all - Alnmouth beach this afternoon.

No TV, no radio, no internet... no news. A chance to clear your head and stop thinking, for a while at least, about some of the terrible things that have been happening around the world recently...
