Goosed!

This is the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, I liked it and the small temple it's part of a lot. This was our afternoon stop with today's guide and new friend Wang, another really nice and incredibly helpful guy. He took us for a stroll along the old city wall's moat (it was too hot to walk along the wall) then through some backstreets that are the calligraphy district and then, by way of contrast, to lunch in a brand spanking new multi-storey mall. He'd been struggling with his English a bit despite a great translation app so roped in his friend Amber at lunch to ease the workload! I think that helped 'cos he lasted the afternoon well!
Back resting up in the hotel now, just wondering if we have the energy to venture out for something to eat. But I will at least have to hit the local shop for more beer!
