Strawberry pudding

This is Donna, a friend of a friend. She provided this yummy pudding for the meal we shared last night.

She is a doctor who wants to leave EU because she says the EU doctors over here are not up to the job. (The Asian ones are apparently). She says the training and qualifications are not on a par with ours, but because of EU regulations, we have to take them. She was ferocious in her statements. I am shocked but have no idea whether this is true or not. We need to train more people here - there are enough who want to. I do know our neighbour's son, at Oxford, wanted to be a doctor but can't afford the fees, and doesn't want to have the huge loan burden.

In the morning we had another look at motor homes, then I had my hair cut. The young woman who washed my hair says they've only had 3 people in who voted to leave. She thinks there must be more but they are feeling too embarrassed to admit it. She also said she has been arguing with her grandad who says people fought a war to stop the Germans ruling us so he wants to leave EU so that they won't be ruling us now! It is so interesting to hear all these points of view.

Nice, Turkey - too much to take in. Music festival here tomorrow.
