The day has arrived!

My lovely husband can now have his bus pass, and will receive his old age pension. We've had a lovely day today. We had breakfast out at a local hotel it was fabulous. Hubby had an omelette but what filling, ham, cheese, mushroom, herbs, oh I can have full ;0) a bit of everything, yes please he said. I had poached smoke haddock with a poached egg on top, it was very low fat and scrummy. We just had a few crisps and a satsuma for lunch. Then our children and families came for tea. Best way to celebrate with our children and families.
I'd better go now and put a blanket on the old man ;0)))). As I said yesterday he's fitter than most people our age.
