BOXED AGAIN
This is a local train passing the signalbox at Hedben Bridge Station. Built in 1891 for the Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway Company, it is one of the rarest signal boxes in the UK as there are only 26 preserved as Grade II listed buildings.
The extra shows just the box itself.
We followed this with a quick trip on the Worth Valley Railway. . . a grand trip indeed.
