Pittemweem Arts Festival

The festival is a week long exhibition held in the small Fife coast town of Pittenweem. There are 90 different venues, many of them in people's houses. The many locations gives the event a unique charm, and the town itself is beautiful.

The weather today was perfect. I wish I could save up the images to blip over a week. Instead I've put them in a BlipFolio.

As you might expect, many of the artists have great coastal and Scottish landscapes, but I find that after a few hours they tend to blur into one another. So my favourites were two artists working with stitching and textiles: Anita Hutchison and Linda Green.
