While the sun shines

A dry day today and Gordon made the most of it by painting the gates. It certainly needed doing. He also got to chat to everyone passing by, including the post lady, who had just stopped as I came out to take the photo. He did finish the gates, despite all the interruptions!

(Funny how photos distort perspective. The house opposite is not actually opposite, but way down the road and there is a road in between.)
