No rhubarb was forced during this...

The rain held off enough for a wee visit to the NewHall Estate's walled garden open day (every Weds afternoon in July).

It's just beautiful - I have serious garden envy! The colours, smells etc just divine. I really love these rhubarb forcers as well - although I have no need for one as ours is always early, I feel strangely compelled to get one.
