This morning I was lucky enough to be invited to breakfast with Chef Mark Greenaway for the launch of his beautiful new cook book - Perceptions!

Champagne and eggs Benedict in the private dining room made for a very pleasant start to the day. If only all Tuesday's were so agreeable.
