Toilet View

A lovely morning and mostly sunny and warm all day, there was a shower but it soon passed.

Arrived safely at auntie Carol's last night, and great to see her, uncle Mark and cousin Keiran.  After breakfast, we had a tour of the house and garden.  Last night I met a wild bandicoot, this morning kangaroos outside the bedroom window and a peerie possum came to the back door for food.  Into Perth for lunch and a brief visit and also to Fremantle.  Cousin Caitlin greeted me on arrival when we returned, with husband to be, Ash.  Family dinner and a few drams this evening.

We went for a run to the old prison, now a world heritage site. A sad building and could feel the pain inside it, as you moved through the cold corridors and chilling cells, and knowing it only closed in 1991!  The tour was fascinating but sad, especially about the poor convict days.  I really felt chills and dark feelings in the execution room, so here's an outside toliet with a view of the exercise courtyard, even that had a chilling feel to look at.  Taken at Fremantle prison.
