weather for kites

Well, as predicted today was windy again and the sea to choppy for a trip over to Skomer. We therefore took the decision at breakfast to cut short the ill fated long weekend, save valuable work holidays for better weather and go to see the red kites near Aberystwyth where they are fed daily. A crowd of about 100 red kites gather for the feed, its quite a sight.

Decided we will come back to Wales in the summer !!

Home now and they will be surprised to see me at work tomorrow.
