Oh I do like to be beside the seaside

It was wet this morning but after croissants and jam we set off West, to the sun and via Poole and Studland Bay ended up in Swanage. A lovely fish lunch with fizz, a stroll along the main street, the purchase of a handbag and a chocolate icecream.

The sun did shine and people were on the beach and enjoying the Swanage jazz festival. It was a lovely, very English afternoon. After hearing the good news about Andy Murray, now at Southampton Airport waiting for the flight having said goodbye to C and L after a great weekend.
