Sister morning!

So we went out and about we had an ice cream each! which was 250calories so just as well I had a swim with my friend Lynn and her husband Paul this afternoon. And if my friend Chrissy calls me for a late swim I'd better do that too ;0)
We saw as you can see quite a few Little Egrets, there is one in extras that was landing, not a great one. there were also 5 Herons and I got a Marsh Harrier but really far away. I also took some Poppies whilst my sister was gas bagging, sorry chatting about her dog.
