If You Want To Get Ahead

...get a hat - or so the saying goes

I have a hat - bought this one on holiday - perhaps a case of thinking ahead - have used it as an emergency blip

Have not been ahead at any time today - am blaming it on jet lag - after two weeks of not walking quickly - was definitely not ahead of the ladies this morning - the holiday washing went ahead - but not the ironing - or other chores

Sons' birthday today - since I reverse the digits of my age - even he's ahead and older than me - but should really be keeping that under my hat
