Started th day with a circular walk - from Abbotsham - part along the coastal path - where we met some teenagers from London being instructed in the art of Orienteering - don't understand how people can read a map - run - and smile - all at the same time

Went on to Bude - a surprising place that has a canal that leads into the Bristol Channel - complete with pedaloes and rowing boats

No boating for us - settled for watching the surfers again
