Free the Flowers!

I discovered an ant invasion on my beautiful rose bush this evening and proceeded to spend an hour trying to free the flowers from their unwanted guests.

I'm not entirely convinced that spraying Rose Clear on the flowers was the best idea but short of anything else I gave it a go. Ant powder now lining the edge of the cottage wall hoping to get rid of the blighters!
