Crichton Castle...

A mixed day weather wise. A lot of rain last night, and some heavy blatters today. Didn't have any dry sheep so no shearing. Rounded up the staff to help me finish sheeting the 2nd silage pit. Was just putting some of last years silage bales along the front to hold the sheet down when a hydraulic hose on the loader burst covering everything in oil. Stripped it all down but will need to get it fixed tomorrow . Went to feed the cattle down the road tonight and came home a circular route past this view at Crichton .
