A New Toy Day

Crook again.....but feeling much better than last night.

I had resits to mark and started quite early. However, sods law.....one of Word files was in some type of compatibility format and managed to corrupt 4 other assignments. I simply had to mark the stuff again! Several hours wasted! 

Then I jumped on the bike up to the station and off to the office. It was nice travelling at lunchtime as and I saved a fiver on the peak rate too! 

I finished marking a bit later than expected as nothing ever seems to be straight forward. I was unsure of a student's interpretation of a paper and ended up reading it in-depth because it was interesting.....relevant too.

My new macro lens arrived which was exciting. I was a bit peeved that the one I fancied sold out the day before I was about to buy it! It was a Nikon 60mm refurbished one as I didn't fancy the full price! Rather, I got a Sigma 70mm macro.....hence the rather cool flower.

The journey home disappeared.....I had my nose stuck in a philosophy book that had also arrived today. What is happening to me???? I love this shit!
