Under Grey Skies 2 (Day 423)

We set off for our morning wander up the hill in thick rain, but it soon passed and it was pleasantly warm and unusually windless.
We arrived home just before the heavens opened and it rained solidly and torrentially for most of the morning.
After lunch,  my beautiful wife suggested a trip to Aikerness with the dogs. The sky darkened as we drove out and we passed through more very heavy rain, popping out into glorious sunshine at Aikerness. I was tempted to blip blue skies, but liked the drama of this view better.
We returned home to find that there was a fault with our internet connection. HV was then called in to work, despite having been told yesterday that she wasn't needed today. It has meant she hasn't been able to blip and will have to backblip tomorrow. The dogs and I will miss her til the morning.
