MonoMonday: Free. Running Free

Jack Lovelock one of our greatest runners still intrigues many scholars and interested people as to whether he died by Accident or Committed Suicide. What ever the outcome or result, Jack Lovelock is running free. I had my Free Heart Health check up today at my Doctor's and contrary to what some people think the good news is I have a heart. Blood pressure was perfect, good Cholesterol was down bad Cholesterol was up and I have only lost 7kgs since January that has dissapointed me a bit, but at least the check up was free.
