Pearl's World (and mine)
I can't stop taking pictures of Pearl. She is very important to my present well-being, being my sole companion at this time. Besides she is beautiful; her intense engagement with life is admirable and fascinating. In this image, she has just emerged from the house, and already her attention is caught by some creature. Probably one of the squirrels that continuously romp in our woods. I have just emerged, too. And once more my lens is fogged by the humid air. I like the effect.
I post two extras of Pearl: one sleeping at the end of my bed so sweetly relaxed in this new sleeping spot, and one drinking rainwater from a small natural bowl formed between two trees.
