Nectarine and raspberry amaretti cake.

With dark chocolate chunks.

A new recipe to try from the little Waitrose cards that you can pick up. I ran out of raspberries ( someone had snaffled them....) but surprisingly they had missed the slightly squashy nectarine in the fruit bowl...., so a good way to use up that overripe fruit.

We will have a slice, just warm with some ice cream.

I think in the winter, this would be good with some frozen blackberries ( I usually have some languishing in the freezer...) and maybe even TINNED peaches...
