Village parade.

It's the village fete today, and it all started off with a parade by a group of very talented majorettes. They marched ( in the rain....) and smiled through the village streets to reach the recreation ground. There are all sorts of stalls, hog roast, bands and of course a tent with tea and cakes....

I liked this photograph best as I saw the majority of people taking pictures of the twirling and the pom-poms.
