Orthopaedic shoe

If I have to wear one of these delightful things for the next two weeks, then surely I have a duty to customise it?
I have adjusted and trimmed the velcro strapping. giving a nicely curved edge to the tips and the base has been, (rather tastefully, if I may say so myself), decorated with coloured stickers!
Good grief...I hear you cry, if she's like this after 2 days, what will she be like after 2 weeks???
