Fishing On The Cam

This tranquil part of the river Cam from Chesterton to Bait's Bite lock is  very popular with fishermen ( fisherpersons ! !  Probably anglers)  It offers top quality fishing with carp and bream for a reasonable daily fee and is run by the Cambs Fish Preservation Angling Society. There is no room on the narrow upper river as the banks are taken up with moored barges and houseboats. This evening has turned out really nice with a blue sky and some late sunshine.
