Flower Friday

This is rather spectacular I think - I have gone into a bit of colour which makes it perhaps a bit more dramatic! It is hopefully eventually going to cover my new pergola - well not this flower but others as well!
Spent the afternoon mending my moccasins as the stitching had failed on both. If I was sensible I'd buy a new pair but "mend and make do" is always a good motto. I may also have brokered the deal of the week.....the sale of a derelict dumper truck belonging to some friends to a shooting friend of mine who has a similar one and he's hoping to make one good working one!
