A rose by any name?

This is a rather intriguing rose in the care home garden.
It is a fascinating dusky red colour, with a nice scent.
I am going to try and strike some cuttings in the autumn, and would love to identify it although that may be more of a challenge, there being so many varieties out there.
Anyway, it brightens up my lunch break!
