If only it were that simple. Though I'm starting to feel better energised for doing something more productive than sitting with my head in my hands.

I'm always a bit worried when I see a helicopter flying low over the river in case it's for a search & rescue but today I think it was a visiting dignitary who had to be spared the experience of driving up the M9 or boarding a ScotRail train.

Schools finish today for the summer holidays so I hope the sun comes out again soon.
