New to the neighborhood

The feeder in my front yard was so busy that I decided to take a few pictures. I discovered that a new variety of hummingbirds are in the 'hood. This is a male broad tailed hummingbird. The extra photo shows the female. There is a lot of competition going on with who is going to rule this feeder. Very entertaining to watch.

I am grateful for the wonder and beauty that surrounds me.
