Easy baking

Everyone headed off to the Alps today, something that I could not afford if I also wanted to go walking all summer (petrol and food expenses build up far too quickly). It doesn't help that I am stuck in the house until possibly Wednesday as my landlord won't confirm when he is coming to pick up the keys until just before he leaves his house to drive over here. 

I have spent most of the day moping around the house. However, I have now decided to deactivate facebook for the week and instead focus on spanish and planning my next walks. I also made this cornflake cake, which tastes lovely! It goes surprisingly well with rosé...
