Furry Friends…

In preparation for my hospital visit tomorrow, I’ve been on a liquid-only diet all day, no food allowed for 28 hours, so I’ve been playing about with photos from my recent Spanish Blipmeet for most of the day in the (vain!!) hope of trying to distract myself from the hunger!

Here you have my three new furry friends: Nelson, Amadeus and little Buddha. I arrived in Spain armed with two bags of doggy treats, and within minutes I had three new friends! (If only it was that easy to tame humans of the male species with bacon sausages!!)

Apparently I’ve made three new furry friends for life, though I’m still not convinced it’s me they’re interested in, rather than the doggy treats… Don’t tell Toff, but I think I’d quite like to have a dog, especially if it was as cute as one of this trio!

By the way, guess what? It’s rained for most of the day! I read a quote recently that went something like this, “I love a British Summer, the rain gets warmer!!”


I’m already feeling a right space cadet having overdosed on copious quantities of Diet Coke and Lucozade (to try and stop myself from feeling hungry!), so by tomorrow with the added delights of a conscious sedation, on top of the usual fatigue, I may be a total space cadet! If you don’t hear from me tomorrow, you’ll know why!!
