Charlie

Over the weekend we had Charlie and Lola come to visit. Two delightful Bassett Hounds. Charlie is licking his lips - not quite sure why - perhaps he fancied a bit of Bambi meat!  Not that he'd ever catch Bambi who ran rings around him!  In the extra Lola and Charlie playing bookends.
Sun shining but a nip in the air in the early morning and evening.  Went out for lunch today to 3 Bridges - delightful restaurant on the Olifants River and we were lucky enough to see Elephant drinking, so even though not in the Kruger we are still seeing some wildlife (in private parks).
