Day 3

Of the diet ;-) 

Lunch was pretty easy- "fresh fruit, unlimited quantity". Suits me :-) 

Such a crazy, busy day, that involved a lovely sunny evening and an unexpected airport run to Heathrow... Too tired to write tonight, but I'll have a bash at it tomorrow.
