New romantic Blaa Lonid

We went to the Blue Lagoon spa - the thing that you MUST do in Iceland - and it lived up to expectations! Silica mud face packs, vast nearly glowing light blue pools of gorgeously warm water. Very high grade facilities, set in a moonscape of lava rock. Almost everyone in the water was American, German, English. Everything was paid for with a proximity wristband. Outside, we spotted what looked (from a distance) like a 1980s new romantic band posing for an album photo on a bridge. Now what might the band be called...?
