Day four

Day four Saturday
Our friends arrive late tonight ...they must be getting very excited now.....!!
It's their daughters wedding that we are all here for :-)

We decided to have a day around the pool ........which is really lovely, quite cold, which we need, after lying in this heat for any length of time. A salad in our little pool bar for lunch followed by a good few hours in the shade. We spent some time chatting with fellow holidaymakers which is always nice.

This little church is in the grounds of our hotel and is one of two venues for weddings. The inside is tiny, there is no seating, the walls and ceiling are covered in frescos, it's beautiful.

This evening we had a meal at a lovely secluded spot, food was excellent, although a little more expensive, but the situation overlooking the bay was worth paying the extra for.

We had a nightcap in the hotel bar before bed, a nice 5year Metaxa ;-)
