colouring the town.

had a great blip meet today with Veronica who showed me the sights of Narbonne.   These turned out to be very diverse with some old C2Vs outside Les Halles,  inside many interesting looking stalls and  the tapas bar where we stopped for lunch (see extra) , a cathedral with some lovely atmospheric light (another extra) , another large church with an interesting ancient crypt. 
This pencil (and a similar yellow one) caught my eye though and as yet they've not been blipped by Veronica :) .    Its outside an infant school and I reckon its used to paint the town!  Altogether a great place to return to.
It was 'fete de la musique' day in france today and returned to a very busy Thuir with no where to park. Had a wander around to photograph some of the half dozen or so bands playing (see extra) then happened to bump into a friend at one of the bars, so turned out to be rather a late night.
