Too Hot for Fur

On an extremely hot day like today, I had to feel sorry for these furry little bees, but perhaps those fast moving wings keep them cool.   I was melting in my shorts and tee shirt and couldn’t stay out in it too long.  I was happy to get a few clear bee shots for Tiny Tuesday and get back into the air conditioning.  Just as well, now it has darkened up and we are having severe thunderstorms.  Welcome to the first day of summer.
