Equestrienne.

A day of horseriding, doing the washing, transporting the children to a party, cleaning the house, doing some gardening and shopping, interspersed with watching Olympics coverage on the television. What a mixture of elation and disappointment for the athletes, but I suppose every day will be like that.

During my daughter's horseriding lesson she and her friends did their first proper jumping. It was very exciting and I thought they were all very brave. They were certainly beaming by the end.
