Sleeping or Recovering.

My partner has a stall at the Bohemia Craft Fair in Greyfriars Kirk. After all the chores, bike cleaning and lunch, I head down to the Grassmarket and then up to the Kirk. On the ground in Greyfriars Kirkyard, was this corvid napping on the ground.I'm not sure why it was here, a bird on the ground is very vulnerable, so I'm guessing some altercation of some sort. I wasn't the only person taking photographs of it either.

The craft fair was quite quiet, but there was a constant flow of people. However there was some excellent home baking to be had. :-)
