North Isles Sports Day

Today was the North Isles Sports Day with people of all ages competing in various sports.  This year Westray was host and it was in the park/field literally across the road from the house.  I spent all afternoon and early evening outside watching and taking photos.

While the net ball games were being played, I was busy visiting with Anne Kent, so can't tell you who won the games.  :-(  Oops.

The relay races were great and I know Westray won one of them and I watched a good bit of the high jump.

This was the 67th North Isles Sports Day and Westray won the Tug o' War.  It was a hard won battle and great to be a spectator at.  In the 67 North Isles Sports Days, only twice has Westray not won the Tug o' War.  It was a great end to the day.
