fish market on the vieux port

Pierre and his mum took me into Marseille town centre today. We got the Metro in and visited the old port to see "La Criée" (not 100% sure of the spelling) where lots of stalls are set up with the morning's fresh catch.

Annie then took me to l'Empereur, Marseille's oldest 'quincaillerie'. I love that sort of place - they sell everything! All household items you could possible think of, set up in beautiful, old, wooden shelves. Pure class!
