meringue cheese

Pierre and I went to my other favourite shop (after l'Empereur) today - Le Royaume de la Chantilly.  It has every sort of dairy product imaginable, plus lots of other great deli-type foods e.g. pastas, olive oils, biscuits.  This is a gorgeous goats' cheese called a meringue - pretty obvious why :)
