Today Manchester appeared to be hosting its regular litter festival. Good on her this woman walked past all the crap to put her coffee cup in the bin. 
Perhaps the council should have saved the £3.5million they spent on the new entrance on the left, that ruined the graceful open curve of Library Walk, and spent it on more street cleaners instead.
The rare extra shot shows it wasn't an isolated incident.
