Please look after this bear !

Todays blip is a bit of an emergency, due once again to the terrible weather. Whilst I was out of the house this morning at 6.30am to take a friend to the hospital, the weather was too bad for me to be able to take any photos from the outside of the car. It has been absolutely pouring all morning and the roads around our village are now difficult to pass due to the amount of water. We have also had some heavy thunderstorms this afternoon. So for my blip for today, our dear friend and new lodger, Paddington, has come to my rescue. He has only been with us since the 18th May, and by gosh! does he get through the marmalade! He's already on his 7th jar, and as you can see, even that is nearly empty! No wonder Aunt Lucy sent him away from Peru, she obviously couldn't afford to support him, and I'm having doubts about his future with us too, for the same reason! I hope that you are having some better weather than ourselves, and in any event, it certainly can't be any worse! Have a nice day and I apologise for the delay in replying to certain of your comments. I am trying to get through the list, but alas, still have serious problems with the internet.
